Class Options

This class offers clients new to Reformer Pilates a way to get to know the Reformer bed in a more casual and focused setting. While you familiarise yourself with the reformer and fundamental movements, our instructors can also get to know you; supporting your confidence and comfortability in our studio.
Check our schedule above to see when our beginner classes are available. If our Beginner class times don't suit your schedule, please book an open reformer class. Changes and alterations can be made to all movements, weights, and classes if needed.

Boost Reformer is our open-level class for client who are confident in Reformer fundamentals and using the Reformer bed. Boost Reformer will leave you with a smile on your face and your muscles shaking. Our instructors will cater for all abilities for a challenging yet accommodating class, ensuring you can achieve a workout to be proud of.
All classes on our schedule (unless stated otherwise) are open Reformer classes.

Our Jumpboard classes aim to lift your heartrate and your mood using the Jumpboard attachment for a high intensity, cardio based workout. Jumpboard will ‘boost’ you closer to your fitness goals; testing your muscular endurance, motor coordination and strength.
Our Jumpboard classes occur twice every month on different times and days to ensure everyone gets to enjoy them. Keep an eye on our GymMaster schedule to see when to expect Jumpboard classes.
1:1 Private Classes
This private class option is for a one on one class in studio with our head instructor Becky. This private class allows you 60 minutes in the studio (50 minute workout) valued at $75.
One on one classes offer you a reformer workout that is fully catered to your goals, needs and requirements. This class option is perfect for people with injuries or those who want a more individualised workout.
